I had tension headaches since I was a kid.
With the reflexology technique I remembered that I had an accident with my right thumb. My brother and I played with a fishing rod and I had the fish hook right in my thumb. They had to sew surgical suture to close it. Now when I rememeber I have upgoing headaches. When I do the massage to this area I have less headache.
