@loufalce well there is some difference between the scenes, here the baby didn't have to fall if the guy would have just hold on
also in potempkin the baby dies, but the rest was pretty much the same eh

@loufalce I have watched said scene and besides the setting I dont see how you get off calling it a ripoff. I think the sailor was intentionally put there as an homage to potemkin. Everyone knew the carriage was going to go down the stairs. Its predictable yes but still this scene was shot very well. If only the rest of this movie had been done this well.

All this buildup for nothing. I just knew the baby carriage would go down the stairs before it happened. Poor rip-off of a classic movie scene.There is even a sailor there to remind you of Potemkin.
