I am a 20 year old mother to a one year old son. My husband works on the road and we only get to see him every 1-3 months. I stay at home with the baby, for the past 9 months ive been dealing with post-pardom depression. Have any of you gone through it? and if so, other than medications, what helped you? I feel like im going through it alone. Theres no question i love my son, and im a good mom, but without support from my husband or friends, its tough. love you guys!
