My friend finds it almost impossible to groom the Polish Lowland as its coat matts very easily and the dog is a total wimp. So she has her clipped quite short.

What a beautiful park to walk in. :)
However, I'd like to point out that a head collar should not be left on a dog when it's running off leash or playing with other dogs. That can be very dangerous for the dog if another dog gets caught in it or the dog gets caught somehow.
