Desmond Hume sees a weird ass vision from his future, all the while being tracked down by a mysterious assailant! Locke drinks beer, watches TV, and possibly eats people while Jack and his crew goes on another random jungle mission... There is sure to be a rumble in the jungle on LOST island!

Now, one month later and having seen the following episodes, I'm indeed not quite sure what I meant. I guess at first I did not realize that this was a flash of the future instead of the past. I really thought that Desmond was just shoot, lives again, but asks a just introduced person if he is not supposed to be dead. I'm not sure though.
Jack: "God dammit, Locke!"

In the vision, Mikhail shoots Desmond in the head and the next thing Desmond asks to Mikhail is: "aren't you supposed to be dead, brotha". I don't know if I should find it funny or stupid.
Locke: "Don't worry, she is not alive. I finished the job!"

everything was shot in Chico, CA... except the beach scenes.
