Although I hate truck-drivers I have found their tales of blood & mayhem consoling. How many songs have been composed in their honor? Who has the courage to deny a truck-driver's a romantic overtures? Is killing a truck-driver worse than killing a biker? Should I invite truck-drivers to my house regularly or what? If I kill a truck-driver will I be remorseful or what? [Cops don't know the law. They enforce the law.]

@Vindaven No, you misunderstood me. Inciting violence should most definitely NOT be protected. Protesting and free speech should be protected and allowed to occur where it might be heard and promote change. You most certainly remember from grade school (or maybe you are still there, as i don't know your age), but CERTAIN speech is protected. Yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theater, or inciting violence for instance, does not fall into that category.

@GingBread So you don't deny that you believe inciting violence should be protected. Do you even know what they are protesting? What if they are protesting for or against casey anthony and the jurors, whom are supposed to be non-biased, hear it? The whole trail can be thrown out for not being "fair" and the jurors not being "impartial".

I like our foundation. However, any builder knows that a foundation is only laid down so that it can be built upon. And I like what we've built.

@Vindaven - First of all, I will quote whom I please. i don't care if you care or not. And who said anything about inciting violence? The issue at hand is free speech zones for PEACEFUL protesters. What is the point in protesting something if it is out of the way and not heard by those who are meant to hear it? And my original comment stands- if you hate the US and the values on which is was founded, please move to Cuba, N. Korea, or China and leave the discussion to rational adults.

@GingBread Inciting violence should be limited. You can cry new world order, nazi, and gitmo... but.... while liberty is important, it needs to be balanced with safety. Too little liberty or too little safety is bad... They both need to be balanced. If you think inciting violence should be allowed then we disagree on how that balance should be conducted.
