Hes showing you how to do this move with CORRECT FORM. If you prefer to do it without perfect form, then dont do it his fucking way. Stop complaining so damn much.

Camera is decent, need better sound though. Re:CluckcluckPow, I actually do appreciate Vince giving us all the details. That just varies from person to person though, as we all have different goals and whatnot.

@ErikGalindo Nothing is wrong with the sound - I was just too far from the mic.

Sorry Vince but I have to disagree with your video here. Correct form is great and something everyone should focus on but this is just too much. You do this during the lift and you'll be thinking of doing everything, but moving the weight. And c'mon man you and I both know when we're trying to push ourselves this type of form is just unrealistic. Not saying throw form out the window but I'm pretty sure you understand me. Not trying to knock you or anything just putting my opinion.

@CluckcluckPow I respectfully disagree back for a few reasons: 1. Correct form takes time and even if it takes 3 months to learn, wouldn't you rather have correct form afterwards? 2. This risk of injury is not worth sacrificing form for extra weight. 3. "Pushing yourself" does not require heavier and heavier weights. There is no reason you can't have an intense workout with proper form ... hence the importance of learning proper technique!
