I'm not sure why an obvious Englishman, and an Australian and Kiwi woman were used to represent the Berlin point of view. Didn't the original interviewer ask them if they were locals?

This is one of the lamest video responses I have ever seen. I don't even know why is it called a video response, considering that all the author did is type words. May be next time you should stick to the text comments and leave the video medium to more creative ones ;)

i hope this clip will have the exactly opposite effect than they wish it has.

uniting the world, helping the world, and not trying to split the world like the bush administration did during the last 8 years. and berlin just is a symbol for that, THE symbol for the reunification of not just germany, no the world in a sense. that's why obama chose berlin, not because he wanted to be some f&%*ing hasselhoff clone. do you know why the germans loved hasselhoff? because he sang about freedom, nothing more!

this is so hilarious, as a berlin/german citizen i feel deeply offended, but also amused! this clip just shows how stubborn and superficial the republicans are, just using stereotypes. i wonder that there were no leathertrousers and bratwursts...
so many people went there because they hope america will act in the future, like it has acted in the past.

if this video wasn't so pathetic, i (as a german) might be offended by it's portrayal of us as leftist hippies that all love techno and hasselhoff (i really hope you realize that this is more or less just a running gag by now).
also pulling stunts like this really doesnt improve the perception of US politics abroad. but i guess they don't care. mccain more expierenced in foreign affairs ? - i don't see it !
for the record : i wasn't happy of obamas use of berlin as a photo backdrop either.
McCain's campaign is starting to look childish, petty and pathetic...this is just silly
