Imus is alive and well and working for a better Radio Station. You have become irrelevant.

I obviously think you are an Al Sharp-tongue and Jesse Jack-Ass supported. Also you watch all of CBS with Les Moon-Brain, and NBC and MSNBC with Steve-CapAss running these lost Companies. You are the loser. And I thought it was a tribute. Your a fool

Agreed, Voltaire was racist; however, his premise behind the aforementioned, quoted statement has no bearing on that. It is a TOTALLY unrelated thought. Racism matters but censorship strips your freedom.
And who is the "little guy" here, anyway? African Americans? Puhlllllease! Get the chip and remove it from your shoulder. Thank you. Just as to make sure, ahem, "we" don't misconstrue what the founding fathers meant, here's a quote from Thomas Paine, originally from Voltaire, as that was Paine's chief influence: "I may not agree with what you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it." Misconstrue that.

How quick we are to quote pithy maxims w/o a full understanding of the writer's sociopolitical views and the context in which his philosophies were expressed! That's why text out of context is pretext. You have the audacity to quote Voltaire, a man who's work (Essai sur les mœurs) equated African Americans to animals—a peculiar species w/ physical and mental traits quite disparate from "greater" humans. Let us not even mention his anti-Semitic rants. "Racism Matters."

Let's not misconstrue free speech?! What a bunch of bullshit. Free speech is free speech. The fact that someone might be able to say something that you don't like, racist or not context notwithstanding, is a part of free speech. The freedom to say "fuck you" to the politically correct bullcrap you espouse with this video, for example.

I usually ignore those who find it impossible to express themselves without the use of four letter words. But since I am in a good mood today, I will take a few minutes to oblige you.
