  • Mostly jerking around. They didn`t even bother to say how much vanilla or sugar,or even how much cream they used!

  • @Cristylive powdered.

  • So much innuendo...

  • what kind of sugar did you put in it..regular cranulated or powdered?

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU OVER WHIP?

  • it seems you guys are playing... hehehe well, whipped cream is really nice... i love it!

  • ...before the cream has set too long, you must whip it...

  • sugar and vanilla is optional.

  • when it starts separating from the bowl it's done to stiff peaks, make sure the bowl is perfectly clean and dry and keep watching it, I would say around 1-1/2 minute or less a lot depends on the cream you're using and it's fat content so don't rely on time and stop often to check

  • ...Ok, everytime I whip cream, I don't know how long to whip it to stiff peaks before it turns to butter. I end up whipping it to soft peaks, and it doesn't hold its shape on pies nor cakes. About how long does it take using a hand-held beater? (In terms of minutes)
