    But both general almost share the same benefits. A spice that can be used in cooking, as teas, candy or juice.

    Garlic > same benefits > good for heart.

  • I HAVE BEEN DRINKING GINGER TEA FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND I FEEL 90 PERCENT DIFFERENT WITH MY BODY, THAT'S 90 PERCENT BETTER...caps off sorry... anyway wow what a good feeling i have...:)
