They were beautifully made cars and solid as tanks to boot. I remember a write-up in the 1979 (or 1978?) Road & Track Buyer's Guide on the 911SC and the 911Turbo. The turbo hit 60 in 5.0 seconds (which was amazing in 1979 considering a Ferrari 308 took 7 and some change and a Corvette needed 8 seconds!). The 911sc did it in 6 and some change. Funny how Porsche tried so hard back then to replace the 911 with something new yet that model remains to this day and is what defines Porsche as a company

no it is a 1976 but the rear whaletail is from 1978
because i have a intercooler and need the bigger tail

Hello they are made from fuch original 16" rims bored for bbs bolts and monoque racing parts the rest. now 11x17 rear 9x17 front I LOVE them
