Thanks for this video.
I have been doing the same routine (which I saw on Joe D'S Super Strength DVD) before each lower body work. The results I got from it during my workouts are amazing. Foam rolling is a must do!

Yes, use a tennis or lax ball on your glutes (I believe Joe Defranco has a video on this) and do the same by hand to massage out your quad and it band some. Not quite the same, but still very effective!
