It's a pretty ingenious mechanic once you start playing for score but our friend here probably credit feeds just like his 8 year old cousin.

this game was the first of 3 games i downloaded on the Virtual Console (the other two were Vigilante and Bonk's Adventure)

i finished it now too. foun the best tactic is just spam the final boss with axes when he appears. same for second form.

i thought having gradually depleting health points as your timer was a clever idea.
