I love pitbulls and I have one. But for God's sake, how about rescuing the ones already here instead of breeding them for profit? Most of the dogs that get put down in shelters ASAP are pitbulls. Be responsible, please!

This is like visiting a junkyard full of clunkers, becoming concerned about the glut of wrecks, then demanding that Ferrari quit building elite cars to resolve the problem. Didya notice there aren't any Ferraris in the junkyard??? Likewise, the shelters are not filled with dogs from my breeding program! The shelters are filled with dogs from backyard breeders and random litters. Buyers pay good money to own a dog from my program! They don't abandon them or turn them over to animal shelters!

I have visited this yard twice. Both times I was very impressed of how well a big yard such as T.G.'s was maintained. For the people who don't know Tom or his dogs and are making obnoxious comments on here...You need to shut the f*** up about what you clearly do not know. Educate yourself, you sound like idiots.

@laurelyn623 The shelters put them down immediately and there have been times when I asked for a pitbull and they told me a six week old puppy was way too dangerous and I shouldn't buy a pitbull at all. animal rescuers are even worse. I commend this man for bringing the original people loving pitbull back.

Whoever has produced and own the better dogs is who I would take advice from and listen to. So if you think your dogs are better then Tom's by all means let's see your opinions. If not don't try to tell people how to do things.

@lacostelover37 u r wrong, TG is 1 of the most respected APBT breeders n the world. Tom would make u look stupid when it comes to these dogs as u already do with your comment. Sled dog kennels n Alaska sometimes have 200 or more dogs at one time.

@tomgarner54 A good breeder wouldnt keep his dogs chained and outside, they also wouldnt be breeding as much as you, with as many dogs as you have.

@laurelyn623 Dogs should be bred for human temperment, I have a dog agressive pit, she isn't always dog agressive but if a dog comes to close to me she feels the need to protect me. she LOVES ppl!! though. My pit biting a human would be a joke, never ever ever.
