This guy commands no respect at all. Can barely hear him. Terrible communication skills for a coach. Has nothing to do with being young. Look at Mike Tomlin when he started. I can't imagine this guy trying to fire up the team before or during a game.

I love reading the posts to this video ! I remember when Kiffin, dad and Ed bolted Tennessee for USC and the typical USC-fan was already talking about a return to glory; the Trojans were were going to start winning NCs' in no time and would never be stopped ! This team was pre-season # 1 going into the 2012 season and was not going to be stopped !

Hell - this team wasn't even the best team in the PAC-12 South ! Even Arizona St. had a better record than you clowns !
