Comic Con 08 - Hall H Line

This is the line for Hall H.

I arrived at the San Diego Convention Center at 8AM to see this massive line. Went to pick up my press badge and then proceeded outside to record this line.

I don't have much software on my laptop so I couldn't speed up the video, sorry!

Ok I need a Comic Con Guru to give me hints about queueing- Im coming from Ireland next year- Staying in the Marriott Hotel right beside the Centre so hopefully that will help- Anyone know where the queue for Ballroom 20 is?

The "fun factor/value" for comicon has really dropped from 4 or 5 years ago. It used to be that you could go from event to event and get in without too much trouble. You got a lot for your money and it was a ton of fun. Now you wait and wait. If you want to see a big event in Hall H, it doesn't matter what time the event is, you need to commit your entire day to Hall H and get there at am. They need to dial back the tickets to 2004 levels of about 90,000 and charge a bit more. The event would

Man, there is no freaking way I can wait in that long-ass line. I think I can wait 5 more months to see Avatar in theatres.

i started camping out at 8 the night before for the twilight panel. i was in the first row of the secong block in front of the stage.

i got there at 8:30 for the Heroes line...holy shit.....where i was at was behind Comic-Con all the way to the right..where the fucking boats were!!!!we were actually at the fucking pier!!!..the line was WAY bigger than this.....

Here's a HUGE tip, If u have the 4-day pass go to the preview night and buy all your shit. Then for the rest 4 days, you WILL have time to go see your favorite panel, harrass a celebrity, take a shit, scratch your balls whatever you want!

holy crap i was in the front [we camped out] so i had no clue that the line was this huge!! were you able to get in?
