Tips on making hot and sour soup are: Dnt use water as stock. Dnt overcook vinegar by adding it too early. Thicken soup before egg drop. Stir constantly to prevent lumps. And guide your egg with a fork to create nice streaks. Let it sit for a bit, then stir.

Aren't you afraid that the glass container you cooked your soup in would explode? I have always been afraid of glass on high heat, I thought they would explode! :P :P :D :D
