I played with The Dr. right around the time this video was posted! Was down visiting Memphis for the first time during the Winter months and proceeded to walk down Beale street when I came into this actual club! Met a couple from England and we started talking about music and the band that i am in, "The Installers". Showed them my harps that i had with me and, on purpose of course, played a lick or two in between the Dr's sets! He invited me up, which was my plan all along.".........
Saw Dr Feelgood Potts down in Beale Street in March 2006. Only just found this and I'm thrilled. A real bluesman. One the acts that made my visit from the UK most worthwhile.
......So I can say now that I have played on Beale Street!!! My next thing to do is to play on Bourbon Street then I can die a happy man!!!

I got up and played with these folks one night. We did "Keep Your Hands To Yourself" and it was like we had been playing together forever.
