If we are superior beings, we have a responsibility to care for "lesser" beings, don't we? We should not abuse, exploit and kill animals just because it's convenient, cheap, or because a few of our teeth are pointier than the rest. Read Peter Singer's Animal Liberation or Howard Lyman's Mad Cowboy. Or, if you'd like to remain ignorant, do nothing and complain.

@letsGOr3d Do you not realize how many people DON'T eat meat? I don't eat fake burgers. I eat unprocessed plant based whole foods. If we stopped breeding animals for food, they would eventually die out. And holding a sign does not make me look like a fool! We have freedom of speech for a reason and i intend to use it. People like Martin luther king were probably targeted and made fun of, he didn't stop did he? And look where he got us. And i won't stop either until everyone is free.

But when children begin starving, innocent animals begin suffering and dying, our world faces a shortage of water, and 40% of americans become obese because of it, it becomes my business. If one person goes vegan, if one person opens their mind it WILL get me far. One person makes a huge difference. That has been proven all throughout history.

@hdsoccer4 Cow's milk is a completely unnatural food for humans. We all nurse from our mothers, but humans are the only creatures the keep suckling even as they grow up...and not even from our own species. And its been proven that if we didn't use animal agriculture, there would be more than enough grain to feed the entire world! There would be a overabundance of food!

@2rb9hp4x Also you need to do more research. Go to meat video.com, watch earthlings, Google factory farming and read some books. These animals are not like the mentally disabled. They have no disabilities, and they DO get excluded from the basic rights humans have: Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Don't forget that we are just another species on this earth, not the main ones. All beings are equal!

@2rb9hp4x Sadly you are completely wrong. This may be 45 years ago, but the issue has only gotten worse. Factory farms lock animals in tiny cages, pens and crates, feed them unnatural food, and use unimaginably painful slaughter methods to name a few. You are not "the most humane person u will ever meet". Gene Baur, Ellie Laks, Ingrid newkirk and other vegan animal rescuers are. It will always be inhumane, no matter how its done, to murder a sentient being with a will to live!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if this was a documentory of the last slaughter/ stockyard? Some day NO one else in the world will eat lives? Wow Wouldn't it be cool if that was now? I would love to see it happen someday...we have a lot of work everybody!

@richorcaonyt Indeed, humans aren't the superior species however we do have an advantage when it comes to relations of ''intelligence'' apparently sometimes we don't use our brains for the betterment of the planet; gradually this will change we're evolving as are other species!
