Wonderful. Thanks. Reminds me so many 19th century row houses in Pgh have porches. Remember how they lined East Street (grew up in North Hills in the 50s). Not like that in Boston where I live now. Great for socializing and more comfortable than stoops. When at my grandparents' we spent every summer evening from supper to bed on the front porch--spoke to everyone (many) who walked by. Lived in the Buhl House on North Ave (by YMCA) in the early 70s--our $110/mo apt is a $250 night B&B suite now!

Cool! I didn't think of doing it as a slideshow. Great! I was just over there again yesterday. Probably my favorite neighborhood.

Jonathon, you've just given me an unexpectedly POIGNANT gift. I'm relocating to Boulder, CO at the end of the month and your photos capture the neighborhood I've called home for the past 17 years & actually includes a shot of the "home, sweet, home" I'll be leaving behind. I'll carry the Northside, its cast of unique, memorable characters and unparalled "FanBLOOMIN'tastic" neighbors in a very special place in my heart always. Thanks to you, I now have lovely visual memory as well!

@YOGLLC I'm so glad you liked the video. :) Good luck on your move. My dad is from Colorado, and he always talks about how beautiful it was.
