  • Could you explain what you're playing around 1:37, the descending part that goes down the whole neck. I can hear the melody note, but it's hard to discern what's being played in between.

  • @usmcrulezd00d Without throwing a bunch of jargon out there? basically, if you can hear that top descending melody note, keep the the two alternating D notes in the base going with your thumb. Now just match up the top note on 1st string with it's corresponding melody starting on F sharp (11th fret) on 3rd string. Play all notes on 3rd string with your 1st finger and add your top melodic line with your third finger. I pluck them at the same time with my 1st and 3rd fingers of right hand

  • hey dude, not bad. not bad at all. just a few things

    1) you should try to play this more like phish does.

    2) don't push the tempo up too much

    3) this the my chemical romance, not phish. buts thats cool

    but don't take it too hard man, i started playing when i was like 15 and i am now 17 so for like 4 years.
