Sun Sentinel Broward Politics: Why is Gunzburger on so many selection committees?

When ethics reform passes this fall at the Broward County government center, elected officials no longer will be allowed to serve on the "Selection Committees,'' which ranks responders to county bids and hold great sway over who gets chosen. Lobbyists flock to the politicians serving on these committees, hoping to win favor.
