  • on average how quickly do you go through your exercise tubing. 1) I mean, if you were to use, say, the green tubing, for 1 hour everyday, when would the tubing outwear its original resistance strength? 2) Is it best to opt for the red resistance, and kind of break it? Theoretically, i guess, if you outwear it, the tube should become longer in length than its original size.
