This is the 25th video of NINO'S CUISINE, with Nino Guitar's student chef, Carmen del Sol. This video shows a step-by-step guide of how to make the traditional portuguese dessert, "Bons Bocados", which is very similar to the renown portuguese custard tarts "Pastéis de Nata". It was filmed in London. Recipe adapted by Nino Guitar. Music by Nino Guitar. It's simple and delicious!! We hope you enjoy it and that you find it useful!! Bom proveito :)

  • What kind of name is that "Bons Bocados"!? What you did looks more like "Pasteis de Nata"!!! Why don't you just call them that coz I'm Portuguese and I've NEVER EVER heard of tarts called "bons bocados" lolol... for those who wish a translation "bons bocados" is the same as saying "good bits"... and Pasteis de nata (nata is the milk film that you get when you boil milk) but in this case we translate it to egg tarts in English...
