Man i love this, and yes i will add garlic. Garlic is one of the world`s most POWERFULL ANTI-inflamatory alongside Onions... But garlic is stronger... once u cook it thou it kills the good enzymes.... mannn people should know mroe about these things... YAHWEH BLESS U BROTHER PAUL!!! I am on a nearly 85% raw food diet because of you... thank you brother paul. =]

I made it with a fresh tomato and I have to say it was pretty tasty. A great energizer! :D

Suggest you educate yourself about raw foods. Avocados are primarily fat!

Thanks again Paul - this recipe is FANTASTIC! I love adding fresh cilantro and dried cumin - delicious! I now make this several times a week. I add in sunflower greens that I grow.
I plan on demonstrating this at our April Raw Food Meetup! I'm so glad you shared this recipe.

I'd like to try that with crackers, it looks good. Can the flax crackers be bought at a healthfood store, or do you make them? If you didn't eat this w/crackers, would you just eat it with a spoon out of a bowl? lastly... I just found you online in some older videos, and you are a good looking guy!! so, why do you want the big hairy beard??? you're hiding your good looks!!! (and the look doesn't go real well with making food) just asking :)
