About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
Great job, Jenny! Great analogy with the smartphone. I've noticed that I do sprint from time to time (pretty often, actually) but I always feel bad for easing back during the recovery period. Maybe that's because I viewed the sprint as the steady (though intense) pace that I was supposed to be at. Maybe it's not, though. Maybe it really was a sprint... in which case I don't have to beat myself up for catching my breath. Thanks for this.

Every time I watch this video, I am so very impressed with how you handled the audience and presentation with the technical difficulties that peppered your talk. Grace under pressure, most definitely. Great job!
