Elvis Presley Graceland pictures taken by jackiej61 Part 1

I have been going to Graceland at least twice a year since 1991, so I have been there approximately 30 times (I KNOW!!). In any case, I have a fairly comprehensive collection of photos that I thought some of you may be interested in, whether you have never been to Graceland, or if you have been many times. EPE has plans to totally change the set up now, except for Graceland itself, so Graceland may actually not be this way for long. THIS IS PART 1 OF 4.

Part 1 of 4 includes:

Gates/Front of House/Grounds
Foyer/Hall/Staircase
Living Room (can see into Music Room)
Gladys and Vernons Bedroom
Dining Room
Kitchen
TV Room (basement)
Pool Room (basement)
Jungle Room

@lonelymikey55 The church beside Graceland is still there. As a matter of fact you can rent it out for weddings. You can check it out at the official elvis website.

i ent to graceland back in the late fall of 1977 vester presley let us inside the gate, but does anyone know what happend to the church that used to sit beside graceland? sure wish priscilla would have left it the way elvis had it when he was there after i took the first tour i never realy wanted to go back she just messed it all up except the upstairs everything else was the way it loked when she ived ther with her photos out i am sure she don't have any out today where she lives

That clock above the mantelpiece in the living room, according to George Klein that was a Christmas gift from himself to Elvis.

@johnson1095 According to the official Elvis website, yes youre allowed to take pics inside Graceland, however you are not allowed to use a flash. Also, you are not allowed to take movie footage. Only still photos. So, make sure your camera can take good photos without a flash because sometimes it can be a little dark inside there. Not enough light.

ONLY 30 times? And you call yourself an Elvis Presley fan???? Step it up!

Kidding. Actually, I have NEVER had the pleasure of going to Graceland and touring the house. I'm pretty much poor and couldnt afford such a trip and tickets. Maybe someday in the future. So for now I have to settle for seeing other peoples videos and still pictures of the place.

I just came back.......something was missing from the grave site area and not one of the staff could tell me where it was or even knew about it...

I wish someone actually had video standing outside of the gates in the 60's or 70's when the crowds gathered there, and Elvis either came down and talked to the fans, or was entering or leaving on his motorcycle. That video would be priceless to see today. I guess not many had video cams back then unlike today where people have them in their pocket.
