Are you connected with FredaFredar? She just had her surgery a few weeks ago, you may want to get with her to how everything went with her and exchange ideas. She is very sweet. My auntie had this surgery and she is doing well, loving her results. Her husband is loving it too! lol. She is working out more and also finding new and healthier ways to eat. GOD bless and I know you're gonna love the new you! I am considering it myself.

Thank you for putting your journey on you tube. I am going through the process myself, just got back from my 2nd month appt with my physician assisted weight loss. I only need to do 3 months so I'm getting near scheduling a surgery date. I was debating whether or not I would tell people what I'm doing to lose weight but I really appreciate you sharing.

I started out using that Spirutein, and I don't really like it all that well, but it will fill you up if you add fruits and natural granola to it. I use the Rainforest Granola, it's the bomb, girl, try it. I am use to using the Fruitein protein so look for that one, I LOVE the Rainbow flavor one taste like a fruity candy and the Banana/orange, it taste like a dream scicle. They are like $26.95 or $19.99 per can and I buy it monthly. I Have more ideas for you too. Try those though. "Love ya".

Please make sure that when drinking your protein to exercise in Cardio or Aerobic with that otherwise that protein will breakdown into sugar and then to fat and that's what you don't want, so I use my protein only when exercising. If you just want to go for a long walk that will be fine, cause you can lose 20 in one month or more if your metobolism is really high. I may go ahead and get that surgery as well. I have my application already. blessings sweetie.
