My friend's dad is a REAL doctor and I asked him about this stuff. He said when you do a colon cleanse a lot of the time you lose a lot of nutrients in your body as well.

You might have already found out.. But basically, they stick a tube up your rear end and suck out your well.. poop. Its suppose to cleanse you, i think its nasty and embarrassing. This can also be used if a person is have a really really hard time going to the bathroom.
