Miley: Nice apartment?
Cody: Its small, but we make do.
Miley: And thats where youre keeping Demi?
Cody: (Not clueing in) Yeah.
Miley: (Shakes her head)
David: (Turns around and steps next to Cody) And thats where were going right now.
Cody: (Laughs) What are you talking about?
Miley: You just admitted to having Demi. Youve had her this whole time havent you?
Cody: I dont know what youre talking about. I thought you asked something different.
David: Which was what exactly?
Cody: Its doesnt matter. Can I please just have my food?
Miley: Oh you mean the two number sixs your ordered for yourself and Taylor?
David: Taylors in Texas.
Cody: (Knowing hes screwed) Shes visiting.
David: Thats it Cody. Where the hell is your apartment?
Miley: You might as well just tell us because youre not going to get away with this.
Cody: You have no proof of anything.
Miley: Demi always had number six. It was her favourite.
Cody: (Mumbling) That brat.
David: Look, if you take us to her now, we wont call the police. And I wont kill you.
Cody: Im not taking you anywhere. You cant leave here anyways, youre working. So bite me (Gets up and heads towards the door)
David: (Walks over to Nick and whispers) You need to got after Cody (Points) Hes got Demi. Dont let him see you.
Nick: (Nods and stands up)
Selena: Whats going on?
Nick: (Looks at David)
David: (Shakes his head)
Nick: Nothing, babe, Ive got an errand to run. Ill be back home in a bit. I love you.
Selena: (Confused) Love you too.
Nick: (Goes after Cody, without being noticed)

*Twenty minutes later Cody arrived at his apartment knowing that David didnt follow him. What he didnt know was that Nick did. Once Cody got there he went up to Demis room, empty handed*
Demi: What happened to Pattys? Im hungry What did I do wrong?
Cody: (Walks over to her without saying anything and takes off her pants)
Demi: (Crying) No, Cody, dont.
Cody: (Undoes his pants and begins thrusting into her harder than ever before)
Demi: (Screaming) Youre hurting me.
Cody: (Laughs) Its the only way I can without hurting my daughter.
Demi: (Still crying) Stop!
Cody: (A few moments later, he finishes and lays next to her breathing heavy)
Demi: I hate you so much.
Cody: It was your own fault this time sweetie. I ran into your friends Miley and David at the diner. It was a nice set up you had waiting for me. Luckily enough, David didnt follow.
Nick: (Breaks the door open) But I did.
Demi: Nick!
Cody: (Redoes his pants and sits up) What the hell?
Nick: (Walking over to the bed) I was in the diner too, Cody. Too bad youve always been stupid enough to be caught. The police are on their way.
Cody: (Reaches into his pocket and pulls out a knife) Im the stupid one? (Grabs a hold of Demi and holds the knife in front of her stomach)
Demi: No, Cody please. Youll hurt our daughter.
Nick: (Confused, he stands still)
Cody: (Looks at Demi)
Demi: (With her free hand she cups his face) Cody, listen. We both love her, we dont want to lose our daughter again. Please dont do this.
Cody: (Thinking about it)
Demi: (Kisses him)
Nick: (Steps over and grabs the knife away. He then drags Cody into the other room and starts to punch him over and over until he is almost unconscious)
Demi: (Curls up and cries)
