@MasterSprite99 I think there's a mechanisms for Pepe that they use to control his mouth. It's just like Rizzo and it's similar to the way that the Doozers on Faggle Rock are controlled. Similar kinds of controls are used to make Bert's eyebrows more up and down, or Big Bird's eye lashes or Elmo's eyeballs, or Abby's wings.
