I used to live on Winthrop Ct, too way back in the dark ages (1979-80). I remember when Chelsea Cay was being built. I knew the guy who built the complex-a bit of a sleazoid. I heard he was murdered years later.

I lived in 20c Chelsea Ridge Dr from when i was 11 to 18... good memories in Wapp Falls... especially the winters

@Jasosan1 We're in Liverpool NY. My wife and I lived on Winthrop back in 1989 right after we were married. - I grew up in W.F. (Rockingham Farms, when houses were still being built there in the early '70s. My family (mom and dad) still live there, as well as my sisters nearby.
The apartments were pretty nice. the ones in Chelsea Cay (Around the pond) were apparently the "Hiltons" of the complex.
The road you didn't know was MiddleBush. It becomes Old Hopewell Road when you cross Rte 9...
