Birthday ceremoni for 18 years old martyr Ashkan Sohrabi - Iran Tehran 30 December 2010

Ashkan Sohrabi was a 18 years old student who was killed in Tehran by Basij forces 20 June 2009 in the vicinity of his parent's home.

According to his sister, he was talented in school and in sports. He was a caring, compassionate and fun boy. He wanted to keep all happy, and despite his youth he made wise decisions.

He had a black belt in Taekwondo, with a few medals under his belt. He came home and told his family that the neighborhood was under riot! He just went out to see what was going on.

Two hours later, his friends called that he was shot and transfered to "Rasool-e Akram" hospital. He has three shots in the chest. He had died immediately.

The security forces were present when his funeral took place 30 June 2009.

فیلمی جدید از مراسم گرامی داشته سالروز اشکان سهرابی 10 بهمن
به گزارش خبرنگار آژانس ايران خبر در ساعت یک و نیم بعدازظهر پدر و مادر و چندین نفر از اعضا خانواده اشکان سهرابی براي سالگرد تولد اشكان در بهشت زهرا حضور يافتند. آنها با تزیین و گذاشتن گل و عکسهای اشکان مقبره او را مزین نمودند و بعد از ساعت 2 بود که کم کم ياران وي به اضافه اقوام نزدیک اشکان مثل خاله و عمو و غیره ... نیز آمدند.
آنگاه مادران داغداری که در روز شنبه به پارک لاله میرفتند نیز یکی پس از دیگری امدند و من جمله این مادران مادر ندا اقا سلطان نیز حضور پيدا كرد كه این مراسم زیباتر شد و دو مادر داغدار مراسم را هر چه با شکوه تر برگزار نمودند.
ساير حاضران نیز با خواندن شعر و دکلمه با خانواده اشکان هم صدا شدند.
در ساعت 2:40 دقیقه دو ماشین نیروی انتظامی آمدند و یکی از انها پارک کرده و ایستاد و دیگری سرنشینانش پیاده شدند و تاکید کردند که زودتر مراسم را تمام كرده وبروند .
لباس شخصی ها هم در اطراف دائما در حال گشت زدن بودند و در کمین و ترس از هر حرکتی از سوي مردم بودند.
جمعيت كه حدود 100 نفر مي شدند و برای هم صدایی با خانواده اشکان آمده بودند با پخش کیک تولد اشکان مراسم را تمام نمودند
