@LortheBlair I think based on the context of the Royal Tenenbaums, he probably found out Miss Piggy had so many disposable liasons with other men. He began to question his relationship with Miss Piggy --- "Am I too, a disposable liason?" The possible answer to that is enough to make the poor frog commit frogicide.
