Definately right hemi, both ACA and MCA due to both UE and LE on contralateral side is affected. Right flaccidity in UE and Dropfoot. Looks like early stage of cva based on Brunnstrom's 7 stages of moving from flaccidity to spasticity, it looks also as if she's already developed shoulder subluxation. I would think that she would benefit from the bioness instead of an AFO, but the're expensive as hell.
femoral nerve involvement because you can she that she is adducting and using the adductor muscles to "flex" her leg and swing it up. also has foot drop superimposed... cause could be about anything...

Looks like Multiple Sclerosis to me. She is showing a mirror of how my wife walks. MS affects her left leg and she has foot drop.
