i had never such an accident. but i think if you will work "heavy" on the mixer, it is possible to accidently move the crossfader.
for most of the time i only use the linefaders

Great mixer, far better than the pioneer, the channel assign switches are the bizz and can give many creative options. four years many gigs and still working sweetly! Highly recommend this mixer! the tune is a bit cheeesy house though!
