Eve's event is to save her hermit uncle/grandpa whatever from the cave. However, once you do the event the day ends. Thankfully though, you can complete the event at any time even during the night.

I pick my first crop of turnips, and pop two grapes in the shipping bin. Since its Saturday, and Eve is absent from the bar due to her event, I have nobody to flirt with today. I just water my crops, clear, some land and then head off to save the old man. Who despite the fact that I left him there all day, is very happy to see me and thinks very highly of me.

Uhmm.. I don't want to sound rude or anything, but all your videos are titled "Y1 Fall", but the season is Spring right now. It said so on the "pause screen" (?) you checked right after watching TV.
