  • @EvilPrinceVegeta99 Try to cut back on the pitches thrown first. Start by focusing on the fastball, 2 seam or changeup. Then make sure when you release the ball that your elbow is pointing at the catcher first(this is called guiding with your elbow) This will take stress off your arm and prevent tommy john surgery.

  • @brentpourciau I agree. I tore my tendon in my right arm because I started doing this too early. Kids (People under 18) Should remember not to be pitching like they do in the majors. You're still growing.
