Sad to say that this did not work for me. My subfolders? are the ones that do not appear . I cant access/view the files/options in my system tools folder as well as my itunes folder etc etc... does anyone know what I can do?

@syarwadelerman in the windows explorer window , on the left hand side just under "File" you will see a button called Organize, you will find folder options when you click on this button....
