Founded in 1934, the FHA - part of HUD - is the largest single insurer of mortgages in the world, and just recently announced that it would accept electronic signatures for the purchase and sale of homes. The decision by the FHA virtually endorses the business model of DotLoop, where we've been catering to the cost-cutting, efficiency-enhancing new paradigm that comprises the real estate industry.
