@tcadroas i can run smooth 1080p HD with my dualcore so im pretty sure the i7 will rape it :P

Hell yeah now thats a real computer user....Even though Ubuntu requires some extra time to get all of your things setup...the result is amazing. Nice rig.

What I need to know, is does it play videos in 1080p with compiz fusion on, desktop effects enabled? I've run linux for 8 years now, and I want to finally have smooth HD video playback. :/
