Dukun Mona Fandey case part.1

A Malay documentary based on the true story of the murder of a Malaysian politician, Datuk Mazlan Idris, by Mona Fandey,
Astro Shaw Malaysia made the movie about this incident. But was quickly stopped by the censorship board of Malaysia. Not because of the licensing of both families which Astro Shaw have made payments to copyright the story, it's simply because, the murdered victim politician, Mazlan Idris, a state assemblyman for the constituency of Batu Talam and also an UMNO member. Would the govt of Msia & the Msian film censorship board allowed a movie about a true story that an UMNO member goes to a bomoh/witch doctor for help in political power? You be the judge to that question.

i have been to that house where the murder took place. i was probably only 8 at that time (it was around '94). so freakin creepy...arwah datuk mazlan came to our house for kenduri doa selamat and that was the last time we saw him alive. then we heard the news that he got chopped up into 18 pieces....so creepy. and my piano teacher was actually friends with mona fandey. she was TOTALLY freaked out when she found out she was a murderer...yish
