To be honest, it's not 100% scratchless. But I use the iPod Socks to preserve my players from scrarches. It's no easy task, but I hate to "damage" my iStuff. Even my 2yo powerBook G4 is almost "brand new-looking".

iPod Socks are a total rip off, but apparantly they work. I should make a video about my iPod classic, you can't read the engraving on it because it's gone...
