  • @greetingsearthlings1 That's what happens when you put libs in charge of anything. The poor get an entitlement mentality and don't do jack shit to improve themselves, because the government will take care of them.

  • @Hunnie028 You just wait 6 months to see a doctor.

  • you can go to costco and buy about $50 in bulk food to make it through the month... trust me I do it... bulk frozen veggies... all organic even... imagine that... local eggs and milk and your good... then you can save...

  • @leafkill9

then it would have had more support

  • @wolftreetree The Bill should have had a public option, then the insurance companies wouldn't be able to jack anything up

When you see people in the US opposing the healthcare bill don't think its because they oppose State healthcare for everyone. That bill is a scam on everyone it covers illegals, people on welfare and all knds of special interests, guess who it doesn't cover, low wage workers and the middle class workers. It raises rates and taxes on these groups.

  • @Hunnie028 Tell it to the Govnt, it isn't up to us sadly, and I would move to Ontario in a heartbeat your country seems like they do things right, ours only knows how to cut food stamps, hike taxes and cut or lower pay in jobs, guess they like having poor people thats how the rich get richer, they take from us and were left out on the streets because of it. I have heard towns that have 5.15 an hour still and most people don't have running water there. America is scary to live in.

  • If you cant make it, then do something else with your life. My husband grew up poor with a single working mom in a bad part of town. He worked his way though college and joinedROTC.Now he is a UH-60 pilot, with 3 advanced degree’s in aviation technology. If you are poor,EDUCATE YOUR SELF,DON’T HAVE KIDS, STAY OUT OF TROUBLE.People’s decisions are what make them poor. Minimum wedge was never meant to live on permanently or raise a family on. If your parents are poor you dont have to be also!

  • THE IDEA OF PAYING A LIVING WAGE SHOULD BE LAW ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIABLE TO LIVE OFF OF 7;25 PER HR AND ITS HARD TO GET 40 HRS ITS ALL ABOUT QUALITY OF LIFE MINE THATS WHAT IS I CARE ABOUT

  • face it people no one can live off min wage unless they have a spouse or if they have more than one job or have a room mate thats the only way you can make it..my daughter had 4 roommates and she still couldnt make it just paying the basics..its a joke!!! 21 years ago you could make it, i'm proof of that but noone can make it now, no one!!!
