Low flying jet plane

I was outside playing with my DV camera when I heard the sound of a jet plane flying low. I lost him in the trees, and didn't pick him back up. He probably was going to fast and had to abort his landing at the airport. Happened before and I've seen ones much lower fly over my house.

Or they were going too fast to land and had to abort the landing.

It would explain the direction it came from. I didn't post the rest of the video, but it turned back west and then headed south again.

It still about 500 feet..Nothing low about that..

Well, I live about eight miles from the airport and I've never seen a plane this low before. So yeah, it's unusual.

Well, then yes for a regular scheduled flight 8 miles inbound/outbound at that altitude seems low + no gear. Either training flight or they were experiencing some problem. Thanks for sharing.
