Under One Flag

8/12/08--It's the season to bring the message in my song "Under One Flag" back again.-- What will it take to convince us human beings...that our main identity should be that of "Earth Folk"...wanting to survive on a fragile "Marble In The Sky"...taking pride in where we come from...but not letting that bog us down...in a warlike "Them And Us" place. This song is humbly offered...as a reminder of that...in this season of "Peace And Good Will to all Men...and Women". All instruments:

as far fetched as they may seem...towards us human beings

some day living in peace and harmony...which is actually

possible...if we can shed our blind and backward tendencies...

good words David and also a fine tune, it is another 'imagine' and it will come true through affirmation. The special effect (green) does not work, in my opinion, it is a wholesome song, the more natural the visuals the better, and I think one notch up in the tempo would work.

Even Albert Einstein said that the appearance that we are separate is an "optical delusion" of our own limited consciousness. His other ideas have been used to create weapons. I expect he'd prefer we understand the "oneness" he glimpsed to promote peace and the unity of human beings. When scientists see what poets have long sung about, maybe we're becoming closer to that reality. I hope so.
