Ebay Padded Listings Fraud Scam Scandal Continue?

Is ebay struggling to keep up IT's item count with special deals on an unlevel playing field, and with FAKE items?

This appears very supicious. Does ebay seem to believe they are above the law? I urge all concerned individuals to complain to the proper authorities should you feel there is anything illegal taking place. This video, as you will note was created a couple nights before I posted it. Simply do not have enough time, but I am asking everyone out there to be as vocal as possible each & every time you see this sort of thing. Does this appear as though it well may be some bigtime crime?

I notice the item seen in the video, #180250530911 has been removed. No Longer available.
If that item was legit, why has it been pulled when it should be visible for 90 days after ending?

the other item we see, #150258147831, which would have ended on June 18, 2008 has like wise been pulled. No longer available.
Does that seem odd for a legit item from a huge powerseller?

don't really think this is a scam, could be an error on the sellers part. Just think about it, NO ONE would buy that anyway, really there isn't a reason to buy it. That cannot be a scam.

Hello. Thnks for watching & commenting. THat was during a Boycott. The speculation is/was that it was done to inflate listing numbers, thus creating a false appearance that the Boycott/anti ebay -paypal activities had no effect. As we see now, ebay is in real decline & has been.

There was a much bigger, earlier incident ebay was caught dead in the rights lying and censoring/destroying evidence of their misconduct

No matter what you want to call it, YES, please do not use ebay or paypal, and do everything you can to persuade others not to as well. They are getting worse by the day. The webs are full of nightmare stories. Their policies are beyond the pale. People who stay will see increasing levels of abuse as the base of the pyramid crumbles & eb-pp try to squeeze more & from less people.

after ebay live i mean(DEAD) last week we can look forward to a series of many fake listings it is obvious ebay is going to Self-destruct so I made ola (onlineauction) my new home I believe ola will be a great venue. lets face it ebay really does suck big time we must move on. Remember if you don't feed the monster he'll die, and our glory will return. what we need to do is convince s & b to move out of ebay. by the way my 1 year anniversary off ebay is coming up no August 10 2008 Great!

This one was reduced to 320x240 before uploading, when that was what youtube was still recommending at the time.. The ones I left at 640x480 and used mp4 H246 codecs on look much more clear than this.

Which brings the next point... Seems like YT's flv re-rendering doesn't "like" wmv videos. They always look worse.
