To get the par on 9, first push the block over and grab the gear, then go all the way around for the other gear before you drop onto the laser. Then go around the sides normal and IGNORE THE BLOCK TO THE RIGHT! Just push the block ahead onto the teleporter and wait for it to teleport, then finish as usual.

to get the par for level 9 push the blocks down and get that wheel first since the other is on the way to the gun and then when between the ice blocks forget about the one that he pushes down just push the one to the right and jump on the warp
