In pakistan there is a law called Hadood ordinance which is based on Islamic Shariyat.

Acoording to this law if a women is raped she has to bring 4 muslim male witnesses who can witness that she was raped. If she cannot then she will be prosecuted for having Zina and sentensed to death by stoning.
